The Administration Department is charged with the coordination and management of day to day operations of the Town and also responsible for implementing the goals and policies set by Town Council as outlined in the operating & capital budget.

The Administration Department is dedicated to achieving a stable and strong financial position by prudently allocating and managing financial resources. The department is also focused on achieving a high level of service to the Town's citizens in a prompt, reliable, responsive, and cost effective manner.
